Through a source inside the company, the 2022 range of laptops has emerged over the past few hours Lenovo will present to CES 2022, the Las Vegas fair dedicated to technology. The lineup includes new gaming laptops as far as the Yoga and Thinkbook line is concerned, all strictly with Windows 11 installed. Let’s take a look at everything we know.
Lenovo: here is the alleged CES 2022 lineup
Lenovo Thinkbook
The Lenovo ThinkBook is the range of laptops designed specifically for business. At CES 2022 the company will unveil the second generation of ThinkBook 13x laptops, the fourth generation of its ThinkBook 14 and 16 laptops. These devices, powered by Intel processors, feature power buttons complete with a fingerprint reader, Windows Hello cameras for added security, and USB A and USB-C ports.
Lenovo Thinkpad X1
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 is instead the company’s ultrabook range always dedicated to companies. In this case we are faced with thin and light devices, able to guarantee at the same time a long battery life for working on the move.
This year Lenovo introduces the 10th generation of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon range, the second generation of the ThinkPad X1 Nano range and the ThinkPad X1 Yoga range. Computers in this series are equipped with full-sized HDMI ports and Windows Hello cameras, like their cousins we saw earlier.
Lenovo Yoga
The Lenovo Yoga can be used both as a laptop and as a tablet. This year the company introduces the seventh generation of the Yoga 6, Yoga 7i and Yoga 91 range. The Yoga 6 has a 13-inch screen and supports both touch and stylus input. The Yoga 6 is the entry-level model, while the 7i is a step up with a metal case and a fingerprint reader. Finally, the 9i features Lenovo’s iconic speaker array and a Windows Hello camera.
Finally, the latest model on the list is the Lenovo Legion 5, a laptop designed specifically for gaming but the exact specifications of which we do not yet know.
