Square Enix recently announced that the acclaimed Life is Strange: True Colors will also come up Nintendo Switch, in digital format, the 7 December 202. The physical version will instead be available on February 25, 2022. Here are all the details.
Life is Strange: True Colors in arrivo su Nintendo Switch
The Switch edition of Life is Strange: True Colors has been specially developed for the Nintendo console. The development studio wanted to create the best narrative experience possible, optimizing graphics and performance. To do this they had to change some technical aspects. Among them we find a reworking of all the models of the characters, environmental objects and foliage, as well as a complete reworking of the lighting engine.
Jon Brooke, the studio’s Co-Director at Square Enix External Studios revealed:
We are incredibly excited to bring you a Life is Strange experience on Nintendo Switch, which will allow you to play Life is Strange: True Colors at home or wherever you want. This is the most advanced game in the series, so as we brought the game to a new platform, it was important for us to maintain high standards in graphics quality, performance and optimization. We are very happy with this Switch version, and we can’t wait to expand our amazing community of players with this new release.
The synopsis of the game
After his brother died for a suspicious accident, Alex Chen he must learn to control his own unstable power of empathy to reveal secrets that prevent her from discovering the truth. Alex Chen’s journey, power and future are completely in the hands of the players.
The third installment of the acclaimed series will be available on the eShop of Nintendo Switch from 7 December 2021, while the physical version will be released on February 25, 2022. Currently Life is Strange: True Colors is also available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PC via Steam, GeForce NOW and Google Stadia.
