Samsung Electronics Italia announces the appointment of Marco Petrillo a Head of Human Resources of the company. The appointment for the executive comes after nine years at the company.
Marco Petrillo appointed new Head of Human Resources of Samsung Italy
The new Head of Human Resources will lead the Human Resources team in defining and developing the company organization towards more digital and agile ways of working. This is a process that the company has already undertaken, together with attention to the enhancement of talent with continuous training initiatives.

Petrillo started working in Samsung Electronics Italy in 2014including the role of Senior HR Manager for the Sales & Marketing and Corporate Operations divisions.
But his experience in the HR sector begins earlier. He has in fact worked in the field of human resources for companies such as Antal Internationalhead hunting company, and later in BMW Italy. His career in the sector began after graduating in Economics & Commerce at the University of Genoa.
