Over the past few years, Samsung has held the top spot in the foldable smartphone market. Yet it is quite certain that in the next few years it will face competition from Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi. Precisely for this reason the Korean company is working to improve the performance of the new ones Galaxy Z Fold 4 e Galaxy Z Flip 4. And this means that in the short term we could see leaflets on the market that far exceed our expectations.
Galaxy Z Fold 4: new details on display and battery revealed
New and interesting rumors about Samsung’s folding models. According to what circulates on the net, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will feature a slightly larger foldable display and shorter than the previous model. Tipster Ice Universe, in fact, claims that the internal display of the new smartphone will have an aspect ratio of 23: 9 compared to that of 24.5: 9 of the Galaxy Z Fold 3. And as if that were not enough, even the display of the cover will be well wider. A small change, but it will allow users to have greater ease in typing on the external screen.

Beyond this, Ice Universe also teased an interesting detail about the new Galaxy Z Flip 4which apparently will have a 3700 mAh battery. And if so, this would be a perfect solution to the battery life problem in flip phones. In any case, it could only be an indiscretion, given that the certifications speak instead of a 3400 mAh battery. As for the Galaxy Z Fold 4, however, the rumors seem to confirm the battery of its predecessor, equal to 4400 mAh.
Both foldable phones will then feature 25W fast charging, fast wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. And they might even get a camera upgrade. The Z Fold 4, in fact, could arrive on the market with one 108MP main camera and a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. But it is still nothing certain. As well as the endowment of the chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+, which still remains in doubt for both models. And yet, one thing is certain: Samsung will improve the performance of its folded leaflets in order not to lose its leadership in the sector.
