That would have been way too good to be true. Subscribe to Game Pass for the price of 1 eurothus taking advantage of the 14-day trial promotion, and play like this dal day one (and practically free) to one of the most anticipated games of the year: Starfield. However, Microsoft knows its strategies well, and has thus decided to suspend the promotion again which, at this point, could return by the end of the year.
Starfield and Xbox Game Pass for 1 euro: one of the two
The possibility of subscribing to the Xbox game service for 1 euro has been the strong point of Game Pass for years. In doing so, Microsoft has in fact guaranteed a large portion of users who, as a test, have entered the Game Pass world. The rest was then done by the service, with its vast catalog (with many titles from day one) and the possibility of playing in cloud gaming. In short, once you enter it is difficult not to decide to renovate.
As it should be, however, Microsoft has had to adapt its strategy. From the month to 1 euro we moved on to 14 days. And now, just a few days after the launch of the most important Xbox exclusive of recent years, the big X has understood well that the title cannot be given away Bethesda dal day one.
Currently the subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (valid on both console and PC with Live Gold included for online multiplayer) costs 14,99€ per month, with the option to subscribe to a quarterly or annual plan. Alternatively you can subscribe only to PC Game Pass o Console Game Passat the cost of €10.99 per month.
Starfield will officially release on September 1, 2023 on Xbox Series X|S and PC. As mentioned, the game will be available from day-one on Xbox Game Pass.
