OnePlus Nord 5 and beyond, the first technical specifications appear online, apparently very interesting
OnePlus would already be working on the new smartphones in the series Nordwith the Nord 5 which should be the top model. Surprisingly, it would seem that the Chinese manufacturer has decided to skip the number “4”, moving directly to “5”.
OnePlus Nord 5: what we know so far
According to some recent leaks, the OnePlus Nord 5 is expected to be equipped with the chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, a mid-range processor announced last November. The device is also expected to sport a display AMOLED at least 6.7 inches with an update frequency of 120 Hzfor a smooth and responsive viewing experience.
As for the photographic sector, the OnePlus Nord 5 should adopt one 50 megapixel main camera with support for OIS (optical image stabilization). Not many details are known yet about the other cameras, but you can expect a three or four lens setup as per OnePlus tradition.
And the Nord CE 5 and CE 5 Lite models?
The rumors don’t stop at the Nord 5. In fact, it seems that OnePlus is also preparing the models North CE 5 e Nord CE 5 Lite. The first one should be equipped with the chipset Snapdragon 7s Gen 2while the second should mount the processor Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.
OnePlus Nord 5: design and launch date
A render showing the design of an alleged smartphone was recently leaked online OnePlus Nord. The device in question features a rather simple and clean design, with a circle-shaped rear camera module reminiscent of that of the OnePlus 10 Pro.
At the moment there is still no precise information on the launch date of the OnePlus Nord series. However, it is possible that new smartphones will be presented during the second quarter of 2024.
