In particular, for the NEOxl 40 and NEOxl 80 robotic rackmount solutions, the company has decided to extend the standard warranty to three years through the OverlandCare Silver program. This program provides on-site interventions within one working day by specialized technicians to replace parts or send them to allow replacement by the user; always within one working day. Regarding NEOs T24 tape solutions and NEOs StorageLoader, Overland-Tandberg offers a standard warranty through the OverlandCare Bronze formula. This includes advanced parts replacement within two working days.

For both the NEOxl and NEOs series proposals, Overland-Tandberg also offers the possibility, during the purchase, to extend the warranty up to five years.
