Reportedly, Google will introduce the next generation of Google Assistant his wear OS with the next Pixel Watch. The company has yet to officially reveal the smartwatch, however, a string of code on the Google app suggests it is preparing to launch the first Pixel-branded smartwatch.

It is reported that Google leave tags in your code for some of its apps that point to exclusive features for Pixel devices. According to the report, it has the “PIXEL_EXPERIENCE_WATCH” tag in the Google app in a recent update, alluding to one smartwatch first-party with the Pixel brand.
The 9to5Google report says the Pixel Watch is expected to debut with features that could not initially available on other Wear OS watches. One of these expected features is the next generation of Google Assistant.
This version is scheduled for increase speech recognition processing it on the device itself rather than using Google’s servers. The feature debuted with the Pixel 4 and allows users to perform advanced tasks with their entry how to filter the gallery on Google Photos. The next generation Assistant is also capable of change the settings phone while the device is offline.
Notably, the speech recognition function was relatively slow on Wear OS.
Pixel Watch is supposed to be powered by a chipset for smartwatch in order to run the next generation Google Assistant smoothly. According to the report, there are hints scattered throughout the Wear OS-related code that suggest the Pixel Watch may have an chipset Samsung Exynos. Samsung had previously partnered with Google to bring the Galaxy Watch 4, powered by the SoC Exynos W920. It’s unclear, though, if the Pixel Watch will have the same chipset.
