The first Tuesday of April 2024 has arrived, and with it the new free games for subscribers to the PlayStation Plus service.
Free games coming to PlayStation Plus in April 2024
Don't expect too rich a dish, given that the announced titles are (at least for the moment) only three. Among these it stands out Immortals of Aveum, available only for PS5. The first-person shooter published by Electronic Arts was highly appreciated for its formula: why use weapons when you have magic? Also interesting is the arrival of Minecraft Legendswhich goes beyond the boundaries of Xbox to bring the evil Piglins to Sony's home consoles too (find our review here).
Finally it also arrives for PS5 and PS4 Skul: The Hero Slayer, developed by Neowiz (a team that has recently been enjoying the success of Lies of P for Xbox). Essentially it is a 2D action platformer with roguelike aspects in which we will play a skeleton who, depending on the helmet worn, can make use of different abilities.
Below is the list of titles available from this morning and the specifications.
- Immortals of Aveum – Available only for PlayStation 5 console (weight: 58.7 GB)
- Minecraft Legends – Available for PlayStation 5 (weight: 7 GB) and PlayStation 4 (7.6 GB) consoles
- Skul: The Hero Slayer – Available for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles (weight: 3.8 GB)
