You have always dreamed of play Rocket League from your smartphone? Great news for you: Psyonix is about to release Rocket League Sideswipe, a totally version designed and optimized for mobile. The title will be entirely stand-alone and, to be honest, is already in circulation. In fact, it is available from today in Oceania, while for all the others there will be a wait. It is not known when the game will be released in Europe, but we know for sure that, during the course of November, many other territories will be able to try their hand at the action. The whole should convey into one Global First Season.
Rocket League Sideswipe brings automotive competitive gameplay of Rocket League on phone screens with a new perspective on the pitch. Players will be able to compete in fast-paced 2-minute Private Matches with friends. Or they can try their hand at online Competitive Matches with other users from all over the world. In addition to the Soccar’s 1v1 and 2v2 modes, players will also be able to take two basketball shots in the identity Hoops mode. Thanks to gods intuitive touchscreen controls that make the game easy to learn, both old Rocket League players and newcomers will be able to throw themselves into the action-packed fun of four-wheeled football.
The First Preliminary Season
The Preliminary Season will allow players to warm up for Rocket League Sideswipe and the Rocket Pass, Competitive Ranks and numerous Customization options prior to the official launch of Season 1. Users will need to log into their Epic Games Account to play Online Matches and earn Extra experience between Rocket League and Sideswipe just by playing and linking your account. Further details on the crossovers between the two titles will be revealed soon.
The mobile game also features a unique and high-energy soundtrack, which has its own particular tonality in the universe of Rocket League music, built with the help of the partnership with the important electronic music label, Monstercat.
