Last 12 October Samsung held its annual developer conference, hosting a physical event for the first time since 2019. During the keynote, the company announced many new features related to One UI 5, the proprietary skin that covers Android 13. One UI 5: all the news announced by Samsung
During the developer conference Hyesoon (Sally) Jeong, Samsung’s vice president and direct manager of the One UI experience, announced what’s coming with the latest software update. And he specified that the smartphones of the series Galaxy S22 they will be the first to see the stable launch of One UI 5, which could come before the end of October. “By the end of this year we will have the launch on all of our flagship models, including foldable and Galaxy S21 series,” Sally said at the conference, adding that she is already testing the latest One UI on her. But what are the new features of the software? Apparently, Sally emphasized the elements of personalization of One UI 5, which includes the automatic theme Material You First introduced on Pixel phones with Android 12.
