Test Achats (Belgium), Altroconsumo (Italy), Deco Proteste (Portugal) and OCU (Spain) gave the Galaxy S23 Ultra the maximum score of 81 out of 100, while Consumentenbond (Netherlands) achieved the maximum score of 8.3 out of 10.
