Samsung is increasing its range of affordable smartphones with the launch of Galaxy A03. The device is equipped with a 6.5-inch HD + display with a teardrop notch and a refresh rate limited to 60Hz. Samsung claims the Galaxy A03 is powered by a octa-core Processor da 1,6 GHz but it does not explicitly confirm which chipset is used.
Samsung launches Galaxy A03
Galaxy A03 available in various configurations, including 3GB / 32GB, 4GB / 64GB and 4GB / 128GB options. There has been no confirmation as to whether microSD card expansion will be available or not. The device should also guarantee excellent autonomy, thanks to a 5,000 mAh internal battery. There is also Dolby Atmos support, which is often omitted from budget phones.
At the rear is a dual camera setup, with a 48 megapixel main sensor and a 2 megapixel depth sensor to enhance portrait mode shots. The front camera for selfies is instead of 5 megapixels. These elements guarantee a significant advantage over the Galaxy A02, drastically less performing as regards the photo sector.
Unfortunately, Samsung did not specify which version of the Android is able to support this new Galaxy A03. It could therefore arrive with One UI 3.1 or One UI 4.0 recently released, difficult to get an idea without certain data. No pricing details have even been published, but we know that it will be possible to buy this device in black, red and blue colors.
We are sure that Samsung will publish information on pricing and availability soon, most likely as early as the next few weeks. For the moment, therefore, we just have to wait for official communications from the Korean giant.
