Although the iPhone 15 has not yet been presented, they have already emerged some rumors about the next iPhone 16which should arrive in 2024. In particular, the most advanced model in the range, which it could be called iPhone 16 Ultra: and bigger display and a new name.
iPhone 16 Ultra, the first information on the smartphone is online
According to some CAD renders published by 9to5Mac, the iPhone 16 Ultra would have aor 6.9-inch screen, against the 6.7-inch expected for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The phone would be too slightly taller and wider than its predecessor, as can be seen in the comparison in the image below.

The iPhone 16 Pro, the smallest model in the Pro series, would also have a larger display, going from 6.1 to 6.3 inches. This would allow Apple to integrate a periscope zoom camera on the back, a feature that will likely be missing from the iPhone 15 Pro.
Several industry insiders have confirmed this new name and rising size, but it’s still too soon to assume what Apple will do in a year and a half. La Mela has changed its mind several times, even a few months after its launch: even if the sources are authoritative, the conditional is still a must.
But there is a trend: Apple is working to make its displays “bigger”, both in terms of size and technology. In fact, there are rumors that the company is developing gods MicroLED panels, which would offer higher brightness and energy saving. In addition, Apple could do away with the Dynamic Island and adopt a Face ID under the screen or a hole for the front camera. Though maybe not as early as next year.
iPhone 16 Ultra could become an important generational leap for Apple. But we will know more in the coming months.
