Google Pixel 6a: the first private smartphone tests in India
These days the leaker Mukul Sharma revealed that the new Google Pixel 6a has entered the production phase in some Asian countries, stating that the smartphone is currently in private testing phase in India. This is just a guess, of course. But this bodes well for an actual launch of Google’s next smartphone. On the other hand, in the past we have collected quite a few rumors about it. According to what we know, in fact, the Pixel 6a will be available in four different models: GB62Z, G1AZG, GB17L and GX7AS. And it will sport a 6.2 inch OLED display with FHD + resolution and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Also, it will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
As for the other specifications, we know that the smartphone will come with a Tensor processor by Google and a Mali-G78 MP20. To these will then be added 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of integrated storage capacity, in addition to one 4500 mAh battery. Finally, the Google Pixel 6a will hit the market with Android 12 supplied, leaving a bit of a bitter taste to all those who expected a new version of the operating system. At the same time, the smartphone stands out for an interesting photographic sector, thanks to the equipment of a 12.2 MP main camera and a 12 MP ultra wide-angle sensor. In short, a respectable phone, which we can’t wait to have in our hands.
