At the end of last month, OPPO has announced that it will launch its own first foldable smartphone. For some time now it has been rumored that the company would also explore the world of leaflets and, after numerous rumors, confirmed the rumor. Today, however, thanks to a reliable leaker, we learn about some of the key features of the company’s first leaflet.

According to what was revealed by Digital Chat Station, a particularly reliable leaker, OPPO’s first foldable smartphone will be similar to the Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold series. Simply put, the phone will open as if it were a tablet. Furthermore, the device will sport a internal foldable OLED display.
According to the leaker, the display size should be around 7.8 inches, maximum 8 inches. It is said that this screen will have a 2K + pixel resolution it’s a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will house a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera on the back and a 32MP front camera.
For the Biometry, the smartphone will use a fingerprint sensor side mounted.
The laptop will be powered by a chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. Finally, the tipster reveals that the foldable smartphone will perform ColorOS 12 based on Android 11.
Unfortunately, we have no further information on this device. Although OPPO has already announced the arrival of new foldable smartphones, it has not yet provided one precise release window. However, the cousin tablet of the company was confirmed for launch in the first half of 2022.
