Tinder: the good intentions of 2022
As the new year approaches, people want to meet someone they can share their resolutions for 2022 with. And what better place than to do so? Explore section of Tinder? In fact, even on the app, we are thinking about good resolutions for 2022. 58% want to go back to travel, while 23% would like to start eating less junk food. Still others, however, would like to completely give up on good intentions and postpone everything to 2023 (14%), while only 5% admit that it is time to enroll in a crossfit course.
Not just physical activity though. 33% responded that they are looking for their partner in crime, 27% simply want to finish what they have already started and 22% admitted that they are still looking for a goal for the new year. Finally, 18% would like to find more time to dedicate to themselves.
Also, starting in January, Tinder members will be able to select “Goals for 2022” on Explore while they are looking for a partner in crime who shares their good intentions, whether it is a good fork to get to know each other at the table, or a sports enthusiast who can motivate them or, again, someone in Career to be close partners in the new year.
