September has now begun and along with the imminent end of the summer many video game events have been announced during this monthAnd. From the PlayStation Showcase to the conferences of the individual software houses, September promises to be a month of fire for video game lovers. So let’s take a look at all the events that await us in the coming days.
Video games: all September events from PlayStation to THQ Nordic
In September we have two important events regarding our favorite tech media, starting with Thursday 9 at 22:00 (Italian time), the date on which Sony announced the PlayStation Showcase. This is a 40-minute event, where updates on upcoming PlayStation titles will be shared. We can reasonably expect some news about Horizon Forbidden West and maybe some surprises that rhymes with Ragnarok.
THQ Nordic will then be on September 17th at 9pm to go up on its digital stage to tell us about the upcoming news. On this occasion the show will be hosted by none other than Geoff Keighley and it has already been confirmed that we will see six new announcements, including the return of an unspecified legendary franchise that fans have been waiting for for some time.
We also point out that Bungee has just published the patch notes ofDestiny 2 update 3.3.0.1, which introduces various features to the game in view of the new expansion The Queen of Whispers. Specifically, this update adds cross platform voice chat and various gameplay balances.
Finally, in October, an appointment with the Minecraft developers. More specifically, the world of cubes awaits us October 16 with an online event aimed at celebrating “everything built in blocks”. It is not clear what is meant by this statement, but we can most likely expect several surprises and it is definitely a must-see event for all fans of the game.
