Visage Enhanced Edition, the revised and improved edition of the well-known horror released in 2020, now has a release period for PS5
P.T. (by visionary game designer Hideo Kojima) was like a bolt from the blue for the successful video game horror genre when it first launched, and although the demo would have ended up being criticized and removed and the actual game (i.e. a new chapter of Silent Hill) to which it was supposed to be an “introduction” would have been canceled, however, it has generated a vast horde of true and alleged self-inspired replicas. One of these, and perhaps the best, is Face of SadSquare Studio, of which the exit period its PS5. Let’s see all the details about it in the next lines of this article.
Visage Enhanced Edition: on Xbox is already available and the release period for PS5 is near
SadSquare Studio announced the period ofexit its PS5 from Visage – Enhanced Edition with a new trailer. The game is available right now on Xbox Series X/S and will arrive on PS5 in November (although an exact date has not yet been announced). Visage turns to 4K e 60 FPS on new Sony and Microsoft consoles and will also boast faster load times and support for DualSense’s haptic feedback on PS5 for what should (hopefully) be a more immersive horror experience. In the meantime, anyone who already has Visage on last-gen consoles will get the next-gen update for free.
In addition to Xbox Series X / S and (soon) PS5, Visage is also available on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The game started out as a platform campaign Kickstarter back in 2016 managing to attract the attention of different users for the unusual nature halfway between horror, strategic and narrative adventure. The game’s game designer, Jonathan Vallières, had stated that the cancellation of the chapter of Silent Hill that PT was to act as background motivated his studio to create Visage. Among the other inspirations of the title are the film series The Conjuring and the movie Insidious.
