Technology advances by leaps and bounds. We are more surprised every day by the new arrivals of generative artificial intelligence, but everyday life is also made up – alas – of practical tasks, such as keeping your home clean.
Therefore we are very careful when purchasing tools that capture dirt: we look for them that are practical, functional, light, multipurpose and perhaps with a digital display (or, why not, an application) that gives us some information on the state of use.
The P11 Mopping cordless vacuum cleaner by Proscenic, which we tested in recent days, meets these characteristics. In the meantime, let’s discover the technical characteristics of the product, and then move on to our impressions.
P11 Mopping: the technical characteristics
The Proscenic P11 Mopping cordless vacuum cleaner, dark gray in color, without accessories weighs 1.8 kilos (2.2 with the classic brush). It is equipped with a telescopic tube.
It has a power of 450 Watts and a suction power of up to 25,000 Pa, a maximum noise level of 78 Decibels and three power modes: Eco, Auto and Boost. Depending on the mode used, the autonomy of P11 Mopping after a full charge varies from 15 to 60 minutes. A complete charging cycle takes approximately 2.5 hours. The lithium-ion battery can be charged separately.
The four-stage filtration system can capture 99.99% of particles expelled during cleaning and block small particles without leaks, expelling fresh air.
The product, which has a list price of 239 euros, can currently be purchased on Amazon for 179 euros.
The packaging
The P11 Mopping package contains tank, handle, battery, dust container and telescopic tube, which can be assembled together with just a few clicks.
The electric floor brush has three LEDs that illuminate any darker areas to be cleaned. And it can be replaced with a long slit nozzle and a 2-in-1 brush, to easily dust even in the most insidious corners to reach.
In the box we then find the power adapter, a replacement filter and the accessory holder that can be fixed to the wall, on which you can also hang the vacuum cleaner.
In the end, here is the object that gives the product its name: a module with a microfibre rag can be attached to the floor brush (which thanks to Velcro adheres to the 340 milliliter water tank), which allows us to wash the floors.

P11 Mopping has an excellently readable display which indicates the suction power, which can be increased or decreased by pressing a button on the screen.
Then there is the decreasing digital indication, from 100 to 0, of the charging level. A symbol indicates correct motor operation, and a red light comes on if the brush is blocked or entangled, or if it needs cleaning.
There is also a dust container indicator: if the light turns red, the container is full and must be emptied.
The app is simple to pair (but the P11 Mopping battery must be fully charged). Records cleaning sessions, serves as a reminder to replace accessories and provides quick access to customer service. Between us, we agree that today it seems almost necessary – for a technological tool – to have the respective application, but in this case it didn’t really seem essential to us.
Our P11 Mopping test
One of the winning features of P11 Mopping is certainly the ease and speed with which the pieces are assembled. Cleaning the dust tank and brush turned out to be equally simple.
It is a light and handy tool, and thanks to the telescopic tube, the long nozzle and the 2-in-1 brush you can really clean every corner of the house.
The great convenience then comes from the fact of having a product that does practically everything on its own, and does so without needing to be connected to an electrical outlet.. In the two most powerful functions, Auto and especially Boost, even small grains of dirt are sucked up from any surface (we tried it on tiles, carpets and wooden parquet). Washing the tile floor also proved to be quite effective.
Of course, in the most powerful suction mode the autonomy of P11 Mopping does not exceed 15 minutes, but we are also talking about a product with a more than accessible price.
P11 Mopping by Proscenic, in short, it seems to us an excellent cordless vacuum cleaner with a low cost and really good performance, comparable to that of higher-end products.
