On December 10, the tech brand Nothing inaugurated its first store in London’s Soho district. Approximately 785 square meters on two floors, boutique-style, which will serve as a retail space for the brand. We therefore decided to visit him, at least virtually, to understand how the new space will work.
The store is open seven days a week and offers visitors the opportunity to admire and buy their products. Among these the Nothing Phone smartphone (1) and Ear headphones (stick). However, what characterizes the store is its integration with design, with fashion collections curated by brands in the sector. In short, technology is beautiful, but if it looks good, it even becomes art.
“2022 was a pivotal year for Nothing with the launch of our first smartphone, the Phone (1), and Ear (stick) headphones. We are therefore thrilled to open the doors of the Nothing store in Soho to allow even more people to try our products” he declared Carl Pei, CEO and co-founder of Nothing.
Nothing in London: much more than a store
In addition to a shop, the Nothing store in London presents itself as a real meeting point for its community. Inside the space is a flip-dot wall made up of 4,000 programmable lights. Obviously, being in London, there is no shortage of classic British telephone box, which however has a peculiarity: inside a Nothing Phone (1)up and running, which can be used as the store’s official customer service.
On the ground floor, in the center of the room, it is present a demonstration table full of hidden drawers. These, when opened, reveal optical jewel boxes. Also on the lower floor, it will be used to host exhibitions and events, both for the brand and not.
The Nothing store can be visited every day at 4 Peter Street, Soho, Londra, W1F 0AD. Opening hours go from 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday instead reduced hours, from 12:00 to 18:00.
