Do you remember the Muschio Selvaggio podcast by Luis Sal and Fedez? Well, it seems that now they have reached an agreement and the Milan court is on Luis Sal’s side
“Tell the mother, tell the lawyer”, these are the words that created the memes on Luis Sal regarding the heated discussion that had led the podcast Muschio Selvaggio to create a clear separation between the two hosts of the podcast. After several months of silence in which there was no official news, apart from the fact that the case had been ongoing for some time, in the end the Milan court entrusted Muschio Selvaggio to Luis Sal, therefore putting Fedez into a corner. The two had founded the company with a contract that provided for 50/50 profit for both operators.
Luis Sal now owns Muschi Selvaggio
In this video Luis Sal explained what had happened in particular, talking about one heated discussion between the two hosts which had led the well-known YouTuber and influencer Luis to be absent for some episodes of Muschio Selvaggio. This had led Fedez to accuse him of abandoning the project, which is why he proposed to buy Luis’s shares. The latter refused the offer despite the share offered (it is not clear what it is) and in response Luis proposed to buy his former colleague’s share himself.
With Fedez’s refusal to submit to the rules of the 50/50 contract, Luis found himself forced to sue in court. In the end they gave the reason to Luis, so now it’s up to Fedez to decide whether to respect the rules and sell his shares in front of a notary or force Luis to take legal remedies again to force him to sell his shares. The fact remains that now Luis holds the rights to Muschi Selvaggio, so regardless of Fedez’s next decision, the choice has already been made. Now all that remains is to wait how long it will take to get to the end of this lawsuit. Meanwhile Fedez will continue to host LOL.
