Work Wide Women e Gruppo Herto launch a workshop dedicated to diversity with the support of the video game Diversity@School. The project, supported by Hera, was carried out by Work Wide Women, an important Italian company that has been offering innovative solutions in the field of Diversity Equity & Inclusion. This new workshop at the start of the schools in the area served by the Hera Group is part of the environmental education project of the multiutility, The Great Machine of the World
Hera and Work Wide Women kick off Diversity @ School
Diversity@School is one gamification tool dedicated to diversity and reserved for ragazzi of Generation Z. It is an interactive and dynamic game that aims to raise awareness on the issues of diversity and inclusion. The project includes two workshops dedicated to the theme of culture and inclusive language which will be directly curated by Work Wide Women. The Diversity @ School video game deals with issues such as gender diversity, cult diversity, multiculturalism, body shaming and disability.
