Ricoh has acquired the European businesses of Apex, a major supplier of Smart Lockers. Thanks to these solutions “smart ”, the retail, corporate and logistics sectors will be able to improve efficiency and user-experience.
As a result of this transaction Ricoh obtains Apex’s hardware and software assets in Europe, as well as the relationships with the company’s customers and partners.
