Finally the time has come: Kratos and Atreus are finally about to land on PC, with one improved graphics and performance never seen before. Here are the features that the game should have according to what we read on the PlayStation Blog:
“Enjoy the seamless cinematic view in all its glory – follow Kratos and Atreus on their journey between worlds with the ability to resolve 4K on supported devices and unlimited frame rates. The PC version includes a wide range of graphical presets and options that will allow you to fine-tune the experience depending on your configuration. God of War for PC guarantees unique and breathtaking graphic quality: higher resolution shadows, setting SSR and improvements to ambient occlusion thanks to options such as GTAO and SSDO ”.
Sony also specified that the game will offer support for NVIDIA Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), available on RTX. In addition to DLSS, the technology will be available NVIDIA Low Latency Reflex. Reflex offers a more responsive experience, allowing you to act faster and unleash more lethal combos.
In short, it seems that God of War on PC will be a show as visual as it is technical, which will surely delight all those who have yet to recover it. And even for those who have already finished the game, this could be a great opportunity to refresh their memory before Ragnarok.
