With a dedicated event, Honor launches the new ones Honor 60 and 60 Pro, two devices with good features and an aggressive price. At least in China, where they officially arrived. Honor 60 promises to be a great smartphone for the mid-range, while Honor 60 Pro has a chip Snapdragon 778G+ and a wide-angle camera from 50MP next to that from Main 108MP.
Honor 60 and 60 Pro: interesting features and aggressive price
If the Honor 60 keeps the same Qualcomm chip (a Snapdragon 778G), the version comes with a ‘+’ at the bottom of the name. Which means same 6 nanometer structure. But the new chip has a CPU Kyro at 2.5 GHz it’s a GPU Andreno 642L which promises + 20% higher graphics performance.
Both devices feature a display OLED a 10-bit, with a refresh rate gives 120 Hz. They cover 100% of the DCI-P3 and are HDR10 certified (the Pro version has HDR10 +). In other words, truly excellent visual quality for both of us. The screen of the basic model, curved, measures 6.67 in. Honor 60 Pro instead has one curvature on four sides and a diagonal from 6.78 in.
A jump in quality for the camera instead. Both have a very good 108MP main sensor from 1/1,52″, which can do pixel binning da 9-in-1. The battery for both is 4.800mAh, with fast charging from 66W, which charges the first 50% of the battery in 15 minutes.
Exceptional price goes by 374 to the 457 euro for the standard version (8 / 128GB, 8 / 256GB, 12 / 256GB) while the Honor 60 Pro costs 513 euro for the 8 / 256GB version or 554 euro for the 12 / 256GB version. But this is the Chinese price, we expect an increase with the arrival in Europe, which is expected for next year. We will keep you posted.
