With an announcement coming just today, Ubisoft officially launches the fourth and final season of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Anno 6. This is available immediately on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Windows PC, Ubisoft + and Stadia. This new season introduces the new Irish Operator Thorn, the reworking of the map Outback. In addition, there are new predefined colors of the teams and a new Battle Pass with a never-before-seen exotic weapon skin.

In High Calibre, players will discover a new defender: Thorn, equipped with the Razorbloom Shell. The latter is a proximity device which, once activated, triggers a timed detonation. If an enemy player does not leave the area of ​​effect in time, will receive damage when the timer runs out. Thorn is a Medium Armor and Speed ​​Operator who can be equipped with the new UZK50Gi or M870 as primary weapons and with 1911 TACOPS or C75-AUTO as secondary weapons.

Also, the map Outback has been redesigned to improve player balance and comfort. Both the main building and the outdoor area have been modified to allow Attackers to plan and implement more effective strategies. New destructible exterior walls have been added to the building as well some areas have been refurbished and cleaned up to provide better lines of fire.

A new Battle Pass with 100 levels

Year 6 Season 4 comes with a brand new Battle Pass, which includes 100 levels and 131 rewards, available until February 21st. The Battle Pass includes a free and a Premium course available for 1200 R6 Credits. Premium Battle Pass holders can immediately play as Thorn and progress faster, while other players can unlock him with Renown or R6 Credits starting from December 14th. New seasonal content, including map rework, new default team colors, new HUD and Operator updates are available now for free for all players.

Rainbow Six Siege will be available for free from Thursday 2nd December to Monday 6th December on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and Windows PC on the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect. Players will also benefit from a discount of up to 70% during this period, depending on the platform and version of the game.
