While announcing his Q1 2021 financial results and 2021/22 goals, Nacon shared his new release schedule for four games from his catalog: Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, Blood Bowl 3, Train Life: A Railway Simulator and Hotel Life: A Resort Simulator.
Nacon: Vampire The Masquerade – Swansong arrives in May
Initially scheduled for release in February 2022, Blood Bowl 3 an adaptation of the Games Workshop board game, will be released later in 2022. The game has already received a lot of positive feedback and Cyanide Studio development continues to ensure a high-quality adaptation of the popular board game. Fans can still try Blood Bowl 3 ahead of its release thanks to the upcoming closed beta ahead of launch.
Pushing the boundaries of the RPG-narrative genre, Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong is an ambitious project by Big Bad Wolf, the studio that made itself known for The Council. Combining dynamic storytelling and innovative RPG mechanics, Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong delves deeply into the history of the famous World of Darkness universe, in which the game is set. To ensure a game that meets the expectations of the franchise’s global fan base and its editorial goals, Nacon has decided to postpone the release to May 19, 2022.
The program of Train Life: A Railway Simulator has been postponed to June 2022 when the final version will be released. Train Life is a unique game that combines train driving with railway company management. The developer, Simteract, is welcoming community feedback and wants to take the time to meet player expectations, implement their demands and improve the current game by adding new content and features.
In the end, Hotel Life: A Resort simulator is expected in late Q2 2022. Hotel Life is an original addition to the gaming landscape, asking players to alternate between entertainment, facility maintenance and resort management. The new programming will allow the developer to set a higher quality bar that will appeal to simulator enthusiasts.
