Video games are a world in constant motion, always ready to amaze us with something new. This is also a period of further development, with the arrival of theUnreal Engine 5, the new graphics engine, and the new generation of consoles that finally got underway. Of video games announced for 2022 there have been many but many of these are lost in the endless information of the internet and the trade press, sometimes too tied to the mainstream world.
This is why we have decided to tell you about some of the most interesting video games coming that, for one reason or another, are not attracting the attention that, in our opinion, they deserve. Let’s get away from the chatterbox for a moment Elden Ring e Horizon Forbidden West and we discover interesting titles away from the spotlight.
Lost Soul Aside
Inspired by the likes of Final Fantasy and Devil May Cry, Lost Soul Aside is an Action RPG with typical elements of the Open World developed by UtilZero Games. The game was announced as far back as 2018 and for a while it disappeared from circulation to make a glorious return with a long video showing 18 minutes of gameplay. It presents itself as an interesting mix of fast-paced action and RPG mechanics immersed in a style, inspired by the games mentioned above, but with a unique personality.
We still don’t have a release date for Lost Soul Aside but we know it will be released on PlayStation 5.
BitCraft
We find a completely different kind BitCraft, shown for the first time just last year. It is an intriguing MMORPG (Massive online role-playing game), the first product of the software house Clockwork Labs, made up of industry veterans.
BitCraft is set in a fantastic world where every map that players will find themselves in will be procedurally created. At our disposal we will have large areas characterized by many elements and different biomes such as deserts, forests, mountains and oceans. Here we could gather resources, hunt, fish, craft items and entire villages. There is no real gameplay rule, the future of our hero depends only on us.
Even for BitCraft we don’t have a release date yet but we know that it will be released on PC and consoles (not specified yet).
Isonzo, among the video games arriving in 2022
Developed by M2H e Blackmill Games, Isonzo is a video game focused on the First World War and as the title suggests, it is inspired by the two years of struggle for control of the Isonzo river valley and the Alps. The campaign we will face in the game has been recreated on the basis of studies and research done in the field to give us the best and most realistic experience possible. From the recreation of the uniforms to the huge arsenal of weapons that we will have at our disposal, we will be able to relive those events with the immersion that only video games can give.
Isonzo will be available on PC and Console in early 2022.

Atomic Heart
Atomic Heart is an intriguing First Person Shooter (FPS) produced by Mundfish which will take us to an alternative and dystopian future where machines have taken over. To be precise, we are in the Soviet facility No. 3826 where a global breakdown has led to the machinery to rebel against the population. In this title we will take on the role of Major P-3 and we will have to put an end to the rebellion and prevent the leakage of information that can jeopardize our credibility.
Using a vast arsenal of weapons and skills, we will have to eliminate the bizarre enemies that will appear in front, united by the Kollektiv neural network. We should use everything we have at our disposal to stop it and save a way full of curiosity, risk and the fascination of dystopian futures.
Atomic Heart will be released on PC and consoles, but an official release date has not yet been revealed.

No More Room in Hell 2
Gives Lever Game comes the second chapter of No More Room in Hell, original shooter video game released way back in 2011. Also in this chapter we will have against us an infected world where the survivors will have to make their way through armies of the undead. Cooperation and teamwork are the key to surviving in this hell.
Within the game we will have the opportunity to explore different open and non-linear maps with dynamic and always random elements for a unique experience in each game. Here we will have the opportunity to go in search of weapons, ammunition and equipment useful for survival. Crimson Desert
From PearlAbyss, creators of Black Desert Online, comes Crimson Desert. This is an open world action adventure that Pearl Abyss is developing for both console and PC. The title will combine elements of narrative-driven single-player games with online multiplayer capabilities. Built on Pearl Abyss’ proprietary, next-generation engine, Crimson Desert will offer high fidelity graphics and gameplay features and a highly immersive gameplay experience.
The release of Crimson Desert has recently been postponed to a date yet to be announced.
Soulstice
Gives Reply Games Studios e Modus Games, he arrives Soulstice, an action RPG set in the magical kingdom of Keidas. The peace of the kingdom is interrupted by the arrival of violent Specters who have entered this world to corrupt the victims and bring death and destruction. The protagonists of the game are Briar and Lute, two sisters who have been transformed into a Chimera, which allowed her to acquire great strength and endurance as well as mystical powers of great power.

Boundary
Boundary is a multiplayer tactical shooter set in space that will be the scene of violent firefights between two teams in zero gravity. Powered by our EMU suit, we will have to face the challenges of space near orbiting installations to engage in close combat with another team. At the same time, however, we will have to carry out repair operations on our small orbiting base and be able to prevail over the enemy.
Strongly inspired by industrial technology and real-life space exploration, Boundary features a huge selection of multiplayer maps including a wreck-strewn debris field, solar farm, and so on. We will have a wide range of customization options for weapons and combat classes that include snipers, combat medics, specialists and much more.
Boundary will be released on PC and Console in the course of 2022.

Palia
Palia is another upcoming simulation MMO produced by Singularity 6, a new software house made up of industry veterans from Blizzard e Riot Games. Palia immerses us in a magical world with a colorful and vibrant design where we can customize our character and his story. Here we will be able to shape our alternative life by cultivating the land, fishing, cooking but also participating in glorious adventures in search of the treasures of the world.
There is also a housing system with over 1000 objects to customize our home and show it to our friends. The online community will in fact have an important impact and the creation of a group will be one of the main mechanics not only with regard to PvP battles. In Palia, in fact, combat is totally optional as the game is designed to give gamers a pleasant experience without the pressures of fighting.
Palia is currently under development and we still don’t know when it will be available.
ARC Raiders
ARC Raiders is coming from Embark Studios, a cooperative third-person shooter where you and your Raider team must withstand the onslaught of ARC, a merciless mechanical threat coming from outer space. As one of the Raiders, the group belonging to the resistance of the planet, we will have to face an ever greater destructive power. Using interesting tools, weapons and gadgets, we will be able to outwit the enemy’s forces in endless battles of pure adrenaline.
But strength is not everything, we will have to combine a good dose of strategy and above all, collaboration with our team to be able to prevail over the intelligence and strength of the machines.
