The Italian Esports Observatory officially presents the second edition of the Advanced Esports Program, the training course for business and management professionals in the export world.
Advanced Esports Program: A training course to create industry professionals
24 masterclasses live via Zoom. This is the program of the training course of the second edition of the Advanced Esports Program, which proposes to seek and train the professionals of tomorrow in the export sector. After a first edition characterized by the entry into the market of over 60 people, the initiative aims to do more with the new courses. The problem of Esports in Italy, in fact, is represented by the poor regulation of the sector and the lack of qualified professionals. And it is for this reason that theItalian Esports Observatory (OIES) wants to contribute to the professionalization of the sector. In addition, each student can individually choose the lessons they wish to follow, without having to purchase the entire masterclass package. The didactic plan will then be built by the individual users.
The masterclasses will be divided into 12 modules ranging from different aspects, from business to marketing. It is no coincidence that the Advanced Esports Program aims to forming human capital which will operate in the sector. In fact, there are also masterclasses concerning entrepreneurship and the launch of gaming-themed startups. Finally, those who attend the entire course (or at least 5 modules) will receive a certificate also recognized by the MasterSport Institute, as well as by the OIES.
