Atlateca company specializing in services related to the world of high-resolution 3D maps for autonomous driving functions of SAE level 3 and 4, will join Bosch Cross-Domain Computing Solutions as an independent company. The agreement to this effect was signed by Bosch and Atlatec. Thus, with the acquisition of Atlatec, Bosch aims to further diversify its portfolio of autonomous driving solutions.
Bosch acquires Atlatec to diversify its autonomous driving services
Digital maps are considered an additional sensor for autonomous driving. Atlatec provides the necessary elements for mapping thanks to a scalable solution created with the Sensorbox and associated software. The Atlatec solutions will play a leading role in the development of new services, more and more complete, of autonomous driving of SAE level 3 and 4.
