Google is finally allowing Android users to delete the last 15 minutes of their search history from its app. The company announced the option last year but has only now begun rolling it out to Android devices as well.
The feature was spotted by an editor of The Verge. A Google spokesperson confirmed to the publication that the company is indeed rolling out the “delete last 15 minutes” option, which should be available to everyone in the coming weeks.
However, it seems that many people are not fully satisfied with the time limit of 15 minutes to clear the Google search history. Discussions on Reddit show that users would like too 30 or 60 minute options.
Meanwhile, Google also allows you to batch clear history of the searches of the last ones 3, 18 O 36 months through its option of automatic cancellation. Alternatively, you can delete your search history from the Google app for a specific period, day O activity range.
