Coming to theaters on April 28, The School of Magical Animals, a film based on the novel of the same name by Margit Auer
The book series de The school of magical animals from Margaret Auer has been very successful over the years. This convinced Adler Entertainment to bet on a film adaptation, directed by Gregory Schnitzler. The film is hitting Italian theaters next April 28. Let’s look at the trailer!
The plot | The school of magical animals
The story of this magical school centers on the new girl Ida (Emilia Maier), who goes from outsider to student thanks to his magical animal, the talking fox Rabbat (Max von der Groeben). Ida had to move to another city and now she is the “new girl” at Winterstein School. She has a tough time in the new class: Naughty Helene makes sure Ida has little chance of making friends, and she has only one seat left on the first day of school – next to stranger Benni (Leonard Conrads). One day, his teacher introduces the children to Mortimer Morrison (Milan Peschel) who travels the world in search of “magical animals”. Each of these animals is destined to become a child’s soul mate. Of all people, newcomer Ida and stranger Benni are the first in the class to have magical companions. From now on Benni has at his side the ancient and wise tortoise Henrietta (Dulcie Smart) and Ida the cunning fox Rabbat. When objects keep disappearing at school, children and magical animals must stick together to solve the mystery of school thief.
The school of magical animals is the adaptation of the literary series of the same name, now in its eleventh volume. The film is directed by Gregory Schnitzler and written by Viola Schmidt e John Chambers.
