Good news for WhatsApp groups. After expanding the maximum number of users, the platform is now working on the possibility of exit groups silently. An option much awaited by those who use the messaging service frequently, and which seemed to be in development for a while. Now, however, WABetaInfo has provided us with some interesting indiscretions in this regard.

WhatsApp Groups: Users will soon be able to silently exit groups
As you can see in the image above, in the future WhatsApp users will be able to leave groups going completely unnoticed. without the other members being notified of their departure. To know, however, will be the administrators of the group, who will receive a notification when someone decides to leave it. An absolutely interesting novelty, given that until now the application notifies all members of the group when a user leaves it. But, on the other hand, it makes much more sense that only the administrator is notified, since he is the only one who really follows the life of the group itself.
Another interesting detail is that the screenshot here was taken from the WhatsApp Desktop beta, but that doesn’t mean anything. We are pretty sure the option will be released also for iOS and Android in the future. For now, however, Desktop users could be among the first to take advantage of the silent exit from WhatsApp groups. And sure, maybe it’s not quite what everyone expected, but it’s definitely a step up from now. Provided that the option will be released shortly by the platform.
