Nvidia’s new GeForce driver can significantly increase the frame rate in F1 22, let’s find out together in this article
If you are passionate about car racing, chances are you are thrilled with the latest version of the official game of Formula 1. The new game features incredible graphics (and VR support too), which can be incredibly challenging for yours GPU.
Fortunately the latest driver update for Nvidia can help, by drastically improving frame rates, especially at high quality. F1 22 supports multiple effects ray-tracing e NVIDIA DLSSwhich offers a performance improvement of over twice.
With performance more than doubled with DLSS enabledplayers with GPU GeForce RTX 3060 Ti and higher can achieve frame rates of 60 FPS o superiori a 4K with maximum settings and every effect ray-traced enabled in F1 22.
The new driver also supports Loopmancerwhich will be launched on July 13 with DLSS and ray-traced reflections. Also, the driver supports settings GeForce Experience Optimal Playable for five games, it offers the best experience in Monster Hunter Rise e Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak and supports the new GPU GeForce GTX 1630.
This is the crowning glory of a month in which beloved game franchises like Jurassic World, Resident Evil e Warhammer have joined the list of games equipped with RTX technologies.
DLSS doubles the performance in F1 22
The new innovations of F1 22 include matte, transparent reflections, ambient occlusion and shadows to increase the immersion of the game. With ray-traced lighting, players get perfectly rigged Formula 1 racing cars with accurate reflections and see everything shaded in unprecedented detail as they race through the F1 circuit.
Thanks to the services provided by NVIDIA DLSSGeForce RTX gamers will have the ability to take advantage of F1 22’s immersive ray-tracing effects without sacrificing quality image.
Support for NVIDIA DLSS and in-game ray tracing means that a graphics card, a Desktop PC or laptop based on GeForce RTX will deliver the ultimate F1 22 experience, with the highest levels of performance, the smoothest gameplay and the most faithful graphics.
Loopmancer starts with DLSS and ray-tracked reflections
This driver also allows players to be “Game Ready” per Loopmancerthe highly anticipated action game roguelite-platformer which will be launched on July 13. The game will launch with support for NVIDIA DLSS and ray-traced reflections, giving GeForce RTX gamers the best possible gaming experience.
The RTX moment is stronger than ever
In June many other games joined the list of those benefiting from DLSS performance improvements, DSLR latency reduction, and immersive ray-traced lighting effects, including:
- Jurassic World Evolution 2now supports NVIDIA DLSS and Ray-Traced Ambient Occlusion (RTAO
- Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 e Resident Evil 7 Biohazard now support ray-traced global illumination (RTGI) and ray-traced reflections
- Warhammer 40.000: Darktide will be launched with support for many next-generation gaming technologies. These include NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Reflex, and ray tracing.
- ICARUS now supports NVIDIA Reflex
- A Plague Tale: Requiem has been scheduled to launch with ray tracing and NVIDIA DLSS

RTX: On
Beyond 250 games and applications already support technologies RTX and their adoption is faster and faster. Gamers with systems equipped with GeForce RTX and optimized with the latest Game Ready Driver they are sure to get the faster performance, smoother gameplay, and truer ray-traced effects.
Ray tracing is a graphical rendering method that simulates the physical behavior of light. Considered decades away from reality, NVIDIA made real-time ray tracing possible with NVIDIA RTX, the first GPU for real-time ray tracing, and has continued to pioneer this technology ever since.
NVIDIA DLSS continues to set the standard for super resolution. DLSS and the AI technology from NVIDIA, critically acclaimed, which increases performance without compromising image quality. NVIDIA DLSS is used in over 180 gameswhere it accelerates performance up to 3 volte.
NVIDIA Reflex reduces system latency to improve players’ competitiveness by enabling them to acquire targets faster, react faster, and increase aiming accuracy simply by enabling NVIDIA Reflex in the game settings. Reflex is a relatively new NVIDIA technology, but it is already one of the quickest to adopt, with integrations already available in major games and franchises.
