Kuo writes: “The new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros with the new processors will enter mass production in the fourth quarter of 2022. Given TSMC’s guidelines that 3-nanometer chips will contribute to revenue from the first half of the year. 2023, i MacBook Pro 14 and 16 processors could still adopt the advanced 5 nanometer nodes ”.
Apple-designed M chips are made by taiwanese TSMC, a company that leads the forefront of innovation in processor architecture. Next year will start produce the 3 nanometer chipswith a process that should improve performance and decrease energy demand.
