Good news for golf fans, and even more good news for video game golf fans. In fact, today comes the announcement of PGA Tour 2K23, the new chapter of the popular franchise HB Studios e 2K due out this fall.
The game will come in three versions. Specifically, the Deluxe Edition and the Tiger Woods Edition will be available from Tuesday 11 October 2022. Following, Friday 14 Octoberwill come out there instead Standard Edition. On the cover we will find the inevitable Tiger Woods, the iconic athlete of professional golf, who will be one of the players available in-game. Woods also served as executive director in support of the new game development team.

The game will feature a roster of over 14 professional players, including men and women. Among the names announced we find Justin Thomas, Lexi Thompson, Tony Finau, Lydia Ko, Collin Morikawa, Will Zalatoris e Brooke Henderson. Important names also in the commentary booth, with the team composed of Rich trees e Luke Elvywith the addition of the English professional and broadcaster Her Koyack.
Fans will be able to play in as many as 20 licensed fields, including absolute novelties compared to previous chapters. In fact, greens such as South Course del Wilmington Country Clubil Renaissance Clubil St. George’s Golf and Country Club and others. However, if you are not satisfied, you can always create your own playground (and share it with the community) thanks to the inevitable Course Designer.
Personalization that also extends to MyPLAYER. In fact, players will be able to create a virtual professional by equipping him with clothing and equipment from brands such as Nike Golf, TaylorMade e Bridgestone Golf. Other new ways, such as Topgolf, will allow players to challenge each other to accumulate points by hitting targets. Also improved training mode, which now offers several ways to develop your skills. The gameplay sees the return of the swing with the analog stick. In addition there is also an option of swing a tre click for an extra level of customization.
PGA Tour 2K23 is scheduled for release this October for Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC (on Steam). The game will be available in several editions, each with a unique cover featuring several painted portraits of Tiger Woods. Players who pre-order any version of the Standard Edition will receive the Michael Jordan Bonus Pack. This includes the NBA basketball icon playable in PGA Tour 2K23, as well as four common golf ball sleeves.
