Outlined the scenario of the Comics & Games Factory, the call for ideas of Lucca Comics & Games in partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo. The initiative aims to reward the best projects representing the four main arteries that form the heart of Lucca Comics & Games. Specifically we are talking about esports, videogames, content creation, web comics or webtoon.
The competition is open to all creatives under the age of 35. The jury selected from over 43 projects.
Lucca Comics & Games: the three finalists of the Factory
The three that enter the final phase are: Scripta by Pietro Sgherzi, Liliana Costa, Tiziano Ottaviani; Trixo by Antonio Maestro, Salvatore Palombo and Maria El Asmar; Cosmunit by Valentina Accoto and Alexandra Gavrilescu.
These teams will have the opportunity to access a coaching program to turn the idea into a profession. The finalist projects will be presented at Lucca Comics & Games on October 28thwhere the announcement of the final ranking will take place.
The jury that selected the projects is composed of: Emanuele Vietina (Director of Lucca Comics & Games), Claudia Vassena (Head of Sales & Marketing Digital Retail Intesa Sanpaolo), Ilja Rotelli (Head of Investment & Business Development presso Amazon International), Valeria Zaffina (Group Brand Manager presso Ubisoft), Renato Franchi (Head of Marketing presso Star Comics), fabio viola (Metaverse Designer, Videogame Designer and Producer, Videogames Museum Curator), Mario Cortese (CEO of GateOnGames), Gabriele Troilo (Professor of Marketing at Bocconi University), Daniel Schmidhofer (CEO of Progaming), Gian Luca Rocco (journalist specializing in new media and video games at Mediaset) e Patricia Consonni (Creative Agency Partner per Meta Italia).
