Still new from Apple, even if this time we’re talking about unofficial news. The Cupertino company could launch two new iPad Pro models during its October event. To reveal this detail is Logitech, which recently updated the website for its Crayon stylus, referencing the two iPads not yet announced. So let’s see what it is about in detail.
iPad Pro: Logitech unveils two models not yet announced
Logitech’s website for Crayon Digital Pencil includes a list of all iPad models the accessory works with. Recently, the company added two new devices to it: the12.9-inch iPad Pro (6th generation) and the11-inch iPad Pro (4th generation) – both available soon -. And that can only mean one thing: Apple’s October event could include the launch of the two devices, not yet officially announced by the company. In this regard, it must be said that the details reported by Logitech are more than reliable, as the company can offer the only third-party stylus that has the same functionality as the Apple Pencil within iPadOS.
Not surprisingly, the Logitech Crayon was first announced at Apple’s special education-focused event in March 2018. And considering the two companies have been working closely together for years now, it’s very likely that Logitech has updates related to the new iPad Pro models that Apple is planning to launch. Furthermore, this could also indicate that the company is working on a new version of its accessory Crayon that doesn’t use Lightning. Unfortunately, there are no additional details regarding the two new models. Much less references to the new iPad 10, which apparently will switch from Lightning to USB-C. In any case, we await confirmation from Apple to know if the new iPad Pro models will really be presented or not.
