After being named president of League of Legends last week, today Lil Nas X publishes the official anthem of the 2022 World Cup: Star Walkin. The song arrives accompanied by an official video that shows the most iconic places in San Francisco, destination of the World Cup final.
From a musical point of view the song looks like a typical modern hip-hop song.
“Star Walkin ‘perfectly captures the tireless competitive drive that drives our professionals, the burning desire to conquer their place in history and reach for the stars,” he said. Carrie Dunn, Creative Head of Esports at Riot Games
