Black Razor Records pubblica l’EP Arcade Paradise

The first release of the label also arrives, with the EP Arcade Paradise. The work is the result of the collaboration between Kieron Pepper (former Prodigy live drummer 1997-2007), Ben Pickersgill (producer from Brighton) and the singer Stu Brootal (Ivar & The Horde). All revenue from sales on Bandcamp will be donated to Safe In Our World charity, a mental health charity in video games. The EP contains 4 tracks freely inspired by the Arcade Paradise videogame. Below is the tracklist:

  • Ivar & The Horde – Arcade Paradise (Explicit)
  • Ivar & The Horde – Arcade Paradise (Future Funk Squad Electro Mix)
  • Ivar & The Horde – Arcade Paradise (Radio Edit)
  • Ivar & The Horde – Arcade Paradise (Instrumental)

The present song of the EP, then reprized in the various versions, tells the story of Ashley and the complicated relationship she has with her father, combining anger and determination to show what can be achieved with the right commitment.

“The story of Ashley and her lack of self-confidence represents a bit of all of us: we’ve all experienced something similar at some point in our lives. When we were briefed on the topic in question, it was easy to understand and empathize, ”he says Kieron Pepper, composer and producer of the EP Arcade Paradise. “Stu Brootal and his group (Ivar & The Horde) burst in with just the right level of anger and energy.”

The Arcade Paradise EP can be purchased at the minimum symbolic price of 3,00 £ at this link. You can also listen to it on major music streaming platforms.
