MediaTek renews the range of SoCs with the launch of the new one Dimensity 9200, officially presented today. This is a new generation SoC that will be used by several Android smartphones coming out on the market over the next few months. Here are the full details:
MediaTek presents the new Dimensity 9200
The new MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC is the first to implement cores ARMv9, only compatible with 64 bits. It is also the first chip that integrates a receiver Wi-Fi 7with up to 6.5 Gbps downlink, nearly three times the previous generation, and can natively support i sensori RGBW.
The new proposal from MediaTek is made with second generation 4 nm TSMC production process. The CPU is Octa-Core with 1 Cortex X3, 3 Cortex A715 and 4 Corex A5100 while the GPU is the new Immortalis G715. The GPU supports hardware ray tracing and includes HyperEngine 6.0 technology to optimize performance.
