Between packaging and design: perhaps both a bit bulky | Ultenic K10 review
Let’s start from the base: the packaging with which the Ultenic K10 arrived at our house is minimal, but highly functional. Inside the package we find in addition to the Air Fryer (the plate of the basket is extracted and you will have to insert it yourself) and the instruction manual, a nice “recipe book” in which the Watts and minutes needed to cook a plethora of different dishes are entered. From Herbed Garlic Roasted Chicken and Japanese Meatballs to Coconut Macaroons and Chocolate Muffins. There are obviously no specific recipes and for those you will always have to refer to your trusted friend Google.
The design of the Fryer is rather minimal and perhaps a little too bulky, but it goes well with any decor you have in the kitchen. The model is completely black with gold finishes that give it a more elegant aesthetic look. The touch controls are placed on the upper part of the structure and are illuminated in white, except for the power button which is blue.
The handle of the basket is also comfortable and “bulky”, rather large and generous in size, something that didn’t particularly bother us, but that those who have a narrow space for the insertion of the appliance could be inconvenient. The basket release button works well and right away, those with a minimum of practicality can unlock it even with one hand.

Anyone who has never bought an air fryer does not know its actual usefulness. This type of appliance allows for crispy cooking of any type of food, from meat to fish to all types of vegetables, with little or no oil. So you don’t have to turn on the oven (which especially in this period of expensive energy is a very prudent choice) and not even resorting to traditional fat frying.
In the Ultenic K10 air fryer you can cook any type of meat (chicken, beef, pork, burgers of various kinds), fish (we have “fried” salmon and cod, but you can indulge yourself), vegetables (in our case the everlasting yellow squash) and desserts (provided you know them kneading, of course) and much, much more. Everything you plan to cook by turning on the oven you can insert it in the fryer, in short.
Pre-Heat and Shake: an Italian summer hit | Ultenic K10 review
Also present in this device as in many other high-level devices in the category, the Pre-Heating function, essential if you have to cook long cooking foods. The Ultenic K10 air fryer provides the user with 11 preset programs in terms of Watts and minutes needed for cooking, which can however be modified as desired. You can also decide to set Watts and playing time manually. Also useful is the function that keeps food warm with low energy expenditure.
The Fryer will warn you, via visual and audible alarm, also of the moment when it will be necessary to turn your dishes (Shake). This it is particularly useful if you are cooking numerous and small foods, such as fries and vegetables of various kinds, but also to brown fillets of meat and the like on both sides. We always advise you to use at least a teaspoon of gold for cooking (or the special vaporizers to distribute it evenly) because this will also guarantee you a unique crunchiness.

It is also possible to connect the Ultenic K10 Air Fryer to Alexa and Google Home, but we found the Ultenic application much more useful which allows you to add the device. Especially useful for one function: that of programming food cooking. If, as he writes to you, you are people who often come home late from work and would like to find dinner ready (or at least part of it), the Ultenic K10 allows you to program the cooking start time and keep warm the food until you arrive.
A good product
In short, to end this review, who do we recommend buying the Ultenic K10 Air Fryer? Primarily for all those who wish to cook with less oil, quickly and without necessarily having to turn on the oven. If you can find a comfortable place to place it, considering the important dimensions (the 5l basket feels good), the Ultenic K10 will be an essential purchase for the whole family
