It’s fair to say that Atomic Heart hasn’t had the kind of critical reception many hoped for prior to its release, and while the game’s graphics and combat system have received a fair amount of praiseother aspects of the experience, such as the story, writing and technical problems, have attracted a lot of criticism (here you can find our review). Precisely with regard to the latter aspect, the developer Mundfish has released a new one update patch for Atomic Heart so as to resolve many of its asperities. Atomic Heart: The new patch consists of a rather substantial update
To begin with, as promised earlier, the Atomic Heart update patch has finally introduced the settings FoV to the game, which was frequently requested by the players. Fixes have also been introduced for the ultrawide resolution. Meanwhile, the patch also brings with it a long list of fixes for i bug, many of which blocked mission progress, caused crashes, and blocked achievements. Mundfish also confirms that upcoming game updates will add settings for i subtitles and UI size, support for Steam Deck and controller remapping.
