Shark Teeth tells the story of Waltera 13-year-old boy who, once school is over, at the gates of summer, loses his father. The young man therefore begins to wander, apparently aimlessly, along the coast of Rome. But one day, something catches his attention: a mysterious and beautiful abandoned mansion. The house also houses a huge swimming pool, filled with murky water. What he doesn’t know is that the villa isn’t uninhabited. In an instant, that summer will become the most incredible of his life.

There are many well-known faces who will take part in the film. One of all, that of Virginia Raphaelwhich will be accompanied by Claudius Santamaria ed Edward Fish. Also in the cast is a young protagonist, Tiziano Menichelli, in its debut. Shark Teeth is the first feature film by David Gentile who until now has been involved in short films. Of him it is Food for Thought, already award-winning. The young director has therefore already made a name for himself, thanks to his previous works, which is why a lot is also expected from his first film. The story was born thanks to the work of Valerio Cilio e Gianluca Leonciniwho took care of the story and screenplay, with which they also won the Solinas prize. The film is distributed by Lucky Red and produced by Goon Films, Lucky Red, Ideacinema con Rai Cinemain collaboration with Prime Video.

The trailer for the film, which you can find above, has recently been made available by Lucky Red. Denti da Squalo will arrive in Italian cinemas in June.
