Thinking about it, the only thing missing is the Big Bitten Apple. In an age where all the tech giants are launching their own features based on artificial intelligence (AI), Apple it’s moving silently, with no big announcements other than specific features for your devices. Today, however, an important indiscretion arrives: the Cupertino company would be creating a paid service entirely based on AI.
What we know about Apple’s new AI feature
Bloomberg reports that the project is codenamed Quartz and consists of an AI personal trainer to facilitate workouts at home (and not). Not only that: the service will help you monitor your sleep and keep track of your eating habits. According to Bloomberg Quartz “it will use artificial intelligence and data from an Apple Watch to make suggestions and create tailor-made coaching programs for users”.
The new service (and accompanying app) Quartz are just a few of the new health initiatives featured in Bloomberg’s report. Apple is also reportedly working on an emotion tracker (which, according to Bloomberg, would be different from the rumored journaling app) and new features to help users with myopia.
We remind you that at the moment Apple has not officially presented Quartz, and that this information is to be understood as web indiscretions. According to the main information portals on the web, Quartz should arrive next year.
