As revealed by external sources; sasha street could shine in the new role of Supergirl (Cousin of Supermam) in the next film based on the DCU. In fact, after the parenthesis in The Flash; there Warner Bros officially announced the exclusive production of the new project; Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
Based on the new narrative universe created by James Gunn e Peter Safran; is considered the first feature film dedicated to the figure of the female heroine of Supergirlcharacterizing itself as a launch project expected after the departure of the reboot sanctioned by The Flash (in theaters on June 15th).

I hope I can continue playing Supergirl. I love her deeply! And I think The Flash is a stepping stone to a bigger story for this character. This is the Flash movie of course, so we didn’t get to experiment much with Supergirl, but I feel like this is a runway to a bigger story.
No further details on the possible cast or plot have been disclosed at this time. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow will take Tom King’s comic strip as a point of reference; set after the events narrated in The Flash starring Ezra Miller.
