Libero and Virgilio Mail, third consecutive day of down
The problems for Virgilio and Libero Mail continue, with the reports on Downdetector (Virgilio and Libero) increased again. Everything comes from one issue between June 13 and 14which seems to have created problems that the technicians are trying to fix.
The company writes: “During the night between 13 and 14 June, a scheduled intervention was carried out for the evolutionary maintenance of Libero Mail and Virgilio Mail, concerning mailboxes and the services connected to them. The intervention took longer than expected and the service was gradually reactivated in the late morning, while in the early afternoon all users were able to return to access their mailboxes in their full functionality“.
The company continues: “Unfortunately, in the last few hours there have been instabilities in the e-mail infrastructure, forcing us to temporarily suspend the service. THE our technicians are working 24 hours a day to restore the service to its usual full functionality in the shortest possible time. Unnerved users
This situation does not appear to be related to the disruptions that had affected the same platforms at the beginning of the year, when Italyonline I had offered 20% more space on the email to his customers as a gesture of apology.
