Hello everyone, I hope this little message finds you well. Some news came out that wasn’t entirely clear… not even to me. So I wanted to set the record straight. I will not retire. What I’m going to do is hit the Pause button for a year after I hit my 70th birthday in 2026. Secondly, it gives me sort of a “reset” in my career. I’ve had such an incredible ride for over two decades… That said, I feel like I’m starting to run out of new ideas of how to play characters that are being offered to me. So exploring a more extended life experience will give me a chance to replenish my soul and prepare for whatever role I can afford in a more authentic way.
