Born from the collaboration with Next14, the Conversational Signage is a digital engagement solution which allows proximity communication on the point of sale which was tested for the first time for the Ringo brand within the Carrefour store in Assago. Who and clients have become i protagonists of an immersive and personalized experience of live entertainment inside the store.
This technology integrates screens of the latest generation equipped with advanced sensors and big data, supplied by Next14. In this way it is possible to monitor the flow of consumers in the store and collect the related data.
